By accessing keybrains.io (the “Website”), downloading any Key Brains product, or engaging Key Brains Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“Key Brains”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Key Brains Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a software engineering studio incorporated in India, with its registered office at A12 Bhaskar Enclave, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001, India.

We provide custom software development services, commercial WordPress themes and plugins, PHP scripts, and related technical products distributed through keybrains.io and ThemesProject.com.

Client work: Source code, designs, and other deliverables produced under a client engagement agreement are governed by the terms of that specific agreement. In the absence of contrary written agreement, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables upon final payment.

05 — Products & Licences

Key Brains distributes commercial and free software products including WordPress themes, plugins, and PHP scripts. The following terms apply:

  • Free products are released under the GNU General Public Licence v2 or later (GPL) unless otherwise stated. You may use, modify, and redistribute them in accordance with that licence.
  • Premium products are licensed per the specific licence terms provided at point of purchase. Unless explicitly stated, licences are per-site or per-project, not transferable, and do not include resale rights.
  • All products are provided “as is”. We provide updates and support as described in the product documentation or customer portal, but do not guarantee that any product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • You may not redistribute premium products, offer them for download, or resell them without our express written permission.
By downloading or purchasing any Key Brains product, you agree to comply with the applicable licence terms. Violation of licence terms will result in immediate termination of your licence without refund.

06 — Client Engagements

Enquiries made through this Website — including contact form submissions, discovery call bookings, and project briefs — do not constitute a contract or commitment by either party. All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Until a written agreement is in place:

  • No work will be commenced
  • No payment obligation exists for either party
  • Any information shared in discovery discussions is treated as confidential but is not subject to a formal NDA unless one is executed separately

Key Brains reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

07 — Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and all content, products, and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Key Brains expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
